Incredible mouth tape doesn’t come off when I sleep neither does the nasal tape very stretchy and strong highly recommend if you wanna start mouth taping

The nasal strips barely stick to my nose; they are too stiff so they don’t work properly. The mouth tape is good though.

By far the best mouth tape product I have used so far, and I have tried at least 5-6 different brands. The nasal strip that comes with it gave immediate relief. 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting into mouth taping
