My kids fall asleep without a problem with this. I have my 8 and 10 year olds put it on their feet and some on their chest. I also use it on my infant on hos feet he is 5 months old and he sleeps through the night.

Obsessed with this lotion. We have a very active 4 year old and nothing would get her to calm down at night. Bedtime would take 1-2 hours and it was exhausting. She puts a little of this on her feet and lefts after her bath and within 20 minutes, she's asleep. I love it so much I bought I'm bulk.
