The phone holder has a strong magnet even on my Samsung with a good case. I love that the joints on the 3 pivot points are TIGHT. It's perfect for taking POV videos with your back camera and works well as a phone holder for our drone display too. Neck strap is comfy and adjustable too!

It’s well made and easy to use. However, it’s hard to do anything because the phone is in my way and obscures line of sight. Plus, the recording wiggles every time I move. Finally, it presses into my sternum which is uncomfortable. Not for me.

Q1: Can this be used as a Lazy Neck Phone Holder? Can I use it to watch films with my hands free for a long time?
Answer: The main function of this product is for shooting or recording with first point of view (POV), which can be used to record parent-child interactions, interactions with pets, fishing, light sports, etc. It is not suitable for use in lazy neck phone holder.
Q2: How do I use the magnetic piece and what do I need to be aware of when I stick it on?
Answer:
Ⅰ. Stick it on the outside of the phone case:
Step 1: Clean the surface of the case with a cleaning kit to avoid oil and dirt;
Step 2: Tear off the adhesive backing of the magnet attractor sheet, stick it in the center position and press it slightly;
Step 3: Rest for 2 hours (preferably 12 hours) before use, the longer the time, the more firmly the adhesive;
! Attention: When attached to the outside, the magnetic ring needs to be removed parallel to the neck to avoid pulling it up, which will cause the magnetic piece to be lifted up and attached to the neck.
Ⅱ. Stick on the inside of the case:
Step 1: Clean the inside of the case with a cleaning kit to avoid oil contamination;
Step 2: Peel off the adhesive backing of the magnetizer, stick it in the center position and press it lightly;
! Attention: stick it inside the case, you can use it directly after sticking it; however, the magnetic suction force is affected, about 2kg (the thickness of the case affects the magnetic suction force).
Q3: Will the phone fall off easily after attaching it?
Answer: The main use of the product scene for indoor filming, handmade video, static or light motion state use; If the use of complex environments, such as crowded environments, the need to run and jump, etc., please be sure to use the safety rope.
Q4: What cell phone does it work with?
Answer:
For Apple cell phones:
Suitable for iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15 and other series (including pro, pro max, se, etc.), the rest of the series of bare phones can not be used directly;
Suitable for all iPhones with magsafe function cases;
It is not recommended for iPhone sets without magsafe cases.
For Android:
Bare phone without magnetic charging are not suitable;
Suitable for cell phones with magsafe cases; (some Android models have magsafe cases) or stick the magnetic piece on the phone case to use with it.
