I'm happy that at least the product showed up to my home as described thus far, so hopefully all goes well when I go to try & play my games on my Nintendo Switch, on my Smart TV. I'll do another update later or update my review if I am able to that is. Thanks!

It's incredible how terrible the customer service is. If you want a refund, that's too bad, they'll ship the product first and then ask you to pay in order to ship it back to them. They won't even comp the shipping.
