A:1.When you get this ice maker, Allow two hours for the refrigerant fluid to settle before plugging the ice maker in;
2.make sure that there is at least 1 inches of space between the back of your unit and wall. Keep a minimum distance of 4 inches on each side of your unit free;
3.Clean the ice maker at least twice a week.
