I truly love this product! It was shipped quickly, I love how its not big and bulky, it is made well, it is claimed to hold up to 300lb, it even has a step counter made on it, and since I been using it I can feel the burn in your arms and legs. If you have weightloss goals like I do I recommend it.

Came defective. Cable that allows the steps to move up and down is glued or melted to the disc. Requested refund. *Edit* Customer service was amazing. They fast shipped me a new one to replace the defective one. The new stepper is perfect! Works great and is so convenient!

Easy instructions and very little assembly. Stepper is very durable and sturdy. Be sure to get a mat or put it on something non slip. Overall great product for the price!

It works perfectly. The price point was great and I like the elastic band attachments to go with the stepper. Be mindful it is kind of noisy so it’s not as silent as stated.

Although the box came ripped opened and damaged, the stepper was still in good shape and was very easy to use and works so well! The resistant bands are not as loose and provide a good work out! The quality, price, and overall experience with buying and receiving my purchase!

I truly love this stepper and it’s so convenient when I may not make it to the gym and you INSTANTLY start to sweat and feel the burn in your legs and arms. I did 1K steps for 30mins and felt so good afterwards. It’s easy to put anywhere and easy to put away.

It's pretty heavy but nice for doing workouts at home. Now I can finally start exercising and actually plan for my weight loss journey. It did come with a weird smell but other than that the shipping was extremely fast.

Love this thing. It’s a bit tricky to figure out at first as someone that’s never touched a piece of work out equipment. But after you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze to use while watching tv. I hope to see results!

Terrible. The steps don’t even retract on its own at the lowest resistance. Then when I flipped over the machine I notice a part is missing. The side missing the black knob makes cranking noise when it’s pressed down. Bad quality and unsafe

Perfect stepper, it goes up n down not diagonally like expected. I love the different resistance settings, it keeps count of all your total steps and lets you know how much calories you burn each time you use it. I don’t use the arm resistance bands much but they are good quality and work.
