This matcha is great for beginners because there aren’t many complex notes to it. Its very nutty and refreshing. There isn’t much umami to it but it isn’t bitter nor astringent.

Coffee beans taste really good. They make my mornings better with their smooth flavor. Matcha powder is great. It’s a bright green color and tastes really nice. I love using it to make matcha lattes and other yummy drinks. Definitely worth trying!

The color is honestly so beautiful. I tried it and the matcha flavor was just not there at all. I was expecting some super strong matcha taste because of all the reviews I had seen but I was disappointed. If you’re looking for a matcha that’s not as strong this one would be a good fit for you.

Im a beginner with matcha, but I have try quite a few matcha brands, and so far this has been my favorite. Is rich is flavor but not too bitter and the aroma is smooth.

first of all I used this matcha with Banana almond milk and a little agave sweetener, it's super good. The color is very green so shows it's a good matcha as well.

definitely a vibrant matcha with a subtle flavor. i think it tastes good in my lattes but it definitely has a little more astringency then i wish it did but for the price point (when on sale at least) it’s definitely a step up from grocery store matcha..!

i really do like blue bottle a lot is sweet and you need a little bit to make a great matcha it taste super good i actually enjoy it ! especially with all this matcha shortage i really hope blue bottle does not sell out too though !😭😭
