Love everything about Rhino USA. The problem I had was it was received today the 17th of December. Bought it at end of November. Package arrived wet, looked like someone left it out in the rain and then kicked it.. I know it's from lots of shipping but the whole box was nothing but tape and logos.

Item arrived in a box that was damaged with someone else’s previous label. Straps were used before and we received an order that someone returned. Rubber is missing and straps are dirty. Extremely disappointed as I didn’t open this box before I gave it to my husband for Christmas and he opened it.

Box was suspiciously light. Upon opening, the only thing inside was the drawstring bag, NO RATCHET STRAPS INSIDE. Box was terribly beat up and covered in thick clear packing tape, presumably to hold it together. Absolutely unacceptable. Requesting a refund immediately.
