I originally gave a good review, but after 2 months, and only using a handful of times, it’s practically useless. The pedals will not adjust to make the steps higher/harder. The pedals now only raise about an inch and a half.. so it’s a very short step and no workout at all. The seller won’t respond

I received the item yesterday and retimed it today. It was put too incorrectly and would never have worked. TikTok had the audacity to give me a $5 coupon for a poorly assembled stepper that would not have served my purpose.
