It works how it’s supposed to, it’s a deep massager. However, if you’re like me and get coat hanger pain you’re gonna want to use it, if you have fibro it’ll leave deep bruises where you do for an entire week. Then you’ll want to use it again. lol it’s a love/hate relationship.

Very relaxing and I love the heat option helps me with arthritic pains and after a workout I use it and it helps me to fall asleep quickly as I have trouble falling asleep.you can plug in the car also. Seller refuses to refund even though I never received my package due to a mistake Veho made. I provided screenshots to seller regarding communication between me and delivery service and still rejected. I submitted a dispute once again hoping that I get my refund. They didn't even try to investigate, looked at the pictures or go to the tracking information under the Veho website which is where it stays their mistake. That is why I decided to post this review not about the product because I don't have it but about the customer service. Those are the pictures I provided to seller.

I loved it until the cord broke in multiple places after only a few days of having it. I’m so disappointed I can’t even use it anymore because of the cord. It felt amazing when it worked though 😞. Update: they sent me a new cord (free) and i haven’t had any issues. Love it. Recovery ✅

The box came damaged and compared to the shiatsu neck and back massager which I had previously purchased, the material is a bit thinner, so i am afraid it will ware out sooner. I don't feel much heat from it, but i do like how it came with 2 cables, one for the car and one for a regular outlet.
