I LOVE IT My waist is 25 in so I got the XS (You can trust the sizes it’s very accurate). I got it for lower back pain and it works GREAT (scoliosis). I recommend wearing a thin top of any kind underneath so it doesn’t feel like it’s digging in your skin plus a looser shirt. It’s seamless. No regret

I love this waist trainer there is so many clasps and it’s stretchy but still sturdy and breathable. I’m 170 lbs and got a size small highly recommend sizing down once or twice but there’s so many clips you can get your true T shirt size if you’re nervous about the fit

The style is cute! I got a small. In the color apricot. It fits nice.love the material. I like how it has an extra layer specifically to make an hourglass shape. I hooked from bottom to top. It’s god for my first one.
