First 3 days visible difference. Bad breath and bad metallic taste is gone on the 2nd day. Tooth sensitivity to hot AND cold all gone by the 2nd day. Feeling loose teeth... gone by 4th day. Amazing product with amazing results. Best thing I've ever done for my teeth.
