Everything feels cheap. I'm 125lbs. The pushup bar slides on tile floor too easily and shakes with my weight. The grips feel like they will break if I put too much pressure. Wall pulley looks like it will tear after a few uses. Ab roller is flimsy. Jump ropes are the only decent thing but make noise

I would recommend this product if your wanting to work out your core or chest the abb roller is very nice and the push up handles are great for chest workout and the jump rope is very good quality.
