I love that it is stretchy but holds very well. The body contour is in the perfect spot and their is really no need for a bra. It has slight padding. I usually wear xl in most things but I was able to fit in m/l and that felt amazing.

Runs small. Definitely size up for comfort or size down for compression. Not as much compression on the lower stomach as I thought. But def can double up the shapewear. Comfortable and stretchy.
