The nugget ice is perfect! Shipping was quick, and it was very well protected in the box. Instructions were very clear and it’s pretty quick at filling the basket with ice. I love that we got ice bags with it, allowing us to make ice and take to our shop with us! I haven’t used the self cleaning yet

I love this icemaker and so does my family! It’s easy to use, makes a lot of ice and the ice is delicious. The only complaint I have is it’s very noisy and it seems to have gotten noisier over the last week which is concerning because I’ve only had it for a short period of time.

I absolutely love it! Makes tiny square nugget ice very good for not just keeping drinks cold but also for eating/chewing. It isn't like Sonic ice exactly because it's square, but it's just as good. I would recommend it to everyone.

For an Ice maker thst makes pellet ice it’s a GREAT price it work perfect it also looks great!! It’s quite one thing you need to know is the refill water will come on a lot but if you take the scoop and get all the ice into the basket it goes off. But it’s a product you will be happy with

Love this machine love the ice but has one major flaw... the ice builds up very quickly to the shoot like a ladder triggering the sensor saying ice is full when it's clearly not. Very annoying.... I'm constantly having to go knock down the ice ladder so it can continue making more ice.
