So happy with this vibration plate. Size is great fits my size 11 feet. Easy to use and set up. Definitely start with vibration setting one and easier way into it. Recommend Setting it up near a wall In case you need help with balance.

I immediately unboxed it. Tried it. I recommend starting off with the lowest vibration setting. It's that intense. ๐๐ It helped with my after workout soreness, I felt the energy boost, & the drainage felt refreshing. Expect some itching as the bad leaves your body.

Really enjoying the vibration plate itself. Already feeling better and seeing results after only two weeks! But one of the resistance bands just broke after only using them a couple times. Any chance I can get another sent to me? I would change my rating from 3 to 5 stars if so.

Sent via FedEx quickly, is everything it says and more, easy to set up/use/move. You'd be remiss to get one from any other brand. I feel like I've gotten a chance to gain energy, release stress, adjust my back, etc. It is worth every dollar and more.

I love this. It works great and it really does help with blood flow, strengthening and relaxing muscles and joints. I have muscular dystrophy so itโs not the easiest to lift or use weights. But using this has helped with my weakness and circulation. I was seeing results using it everyday 10000/10

This plate is amazing. My family and I'm have been using it for 2 weeks now and feel less pain in our legs. At first it did make my legs feel itchy from the vibration, but that went away after the initial use. Very simple to use, and the Bluetooth speak is not bad either.

My machine smells burned or like it's going to burn. The smell is super strong. I'm almost afraid to use it because it smells like it can blow up or catch fire. I like the vibration on it and it appears to hold my large 300 plus frame but the electrical burnt smell is concerning ๐.
