Good quality shape wear. Not a thong. I'm 5'5" 170 lbs and ordered a M-L. Fits good. Material is 10% spandex 90% polyamide. Fits nicely and it's comfortable even without underware underneath.

I’m a size XXL so I ordered a L/M and it fit just right! Maybe I would go small if I wanted to be more snatched but over all the quality is super soft inside not itchy at all! The panty area is really nice and wide and love that it doesn’t give me wedgie. Very good for everyday use

I absolutely love this! It is a little tough getting into bc it is a compression but once on, it is very comfortable. It helps your outfit to look more flattering. I love the buttons at the bottom bc it helps to keep the shaper in place as others ride up if I sit. And they are great for potty breaks

It snatched my belly pretty good but the over shoulder straps are WAY TOO STRETCHY and should have more support and or be adjustable for short chicks like me. Overall quality is excellent though I would purchase more from this company!! I also love their packaging

I'm pretty happy overall with this product. cons - I feel like it could have a little more tummy control but maybe I bought the wrong size. pros- very soft & breathable. relatively easy to put on. I feel like for the price point, it definitely works.
