I added shredded chicken breast, fresh basil, fresh cilantro, bean sprouts, a half of lime wedge and chopped green onions, very delicious! Never tired of it. I continue ordering it again soon!

I absolutely love both flavors of this Pho. I have ordered three times now and it is currently out of stock which makes me sad. The spice packet in the soup I find overpowering. So after I’ve cooked it, I put the spice packet in for only 30 seconds. And it’s perfect. I highly recommend.

I can’t believe how amazing this was with only 5 minutes in the microwave! It tasted so flavorful! I’m a fan! It’s a great price point for all that you get too! Got to me in a timely manner as well

I love these! I'm picky about my pho, but these hit the mark with flavor. Prefer the chicken over the beef, but both are delicious. Super convenient to add your own toppings for a quick filling meal. I'm gluten free so I added my own gluten free hoisin sauce.

Great alternative if you don't feel like driving to go pick up pho at a restaurant. I would suggest adding scallions, being sprouts, white onion and any protein if you like. The bowl is a good size lots of broth high sodium content though.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
BASED ON A 1,000 WATT MICROWAVE
Peel lid back 1/2 way & remove all contents.
Rinse bowl before use.
Fill bowl to fill line with water (20oz)
A - Place noodles into bowl
B - Place cloth spice bag into bowl
(DO NOT OPEN THE CLOTH BAG)
C - Pour Mamma Thu’s Spices into bowl
D - Pour Pho Mix into bowl
Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes
Remove from microwave
(CAUTION: HOT SOUP)
Add optional garnish, hoisin, sriracha for taste
Add your favorite fresh vegetables & protein (not included) for a restaurant experience.
STIR & ENJOY
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
Soaking Noodles
A - Place noodles in a bowl & fill with HOT water, covering the contents Set aside
Cooking
On a stove-top, fill a pot with 20 oz. of water and turn on HIGH heat
B - Place cloth spice bag into pot (DO NOT OPEN THE CLOTH BAG)
C - Pour Mamma Thu’s spices into pot
D - Pour the Pho Mix into the pot
Bring to a BOIL & then reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH. Simmer for 7 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove cloth bag from the pot and discard
Drain noodles & place into the pot . Cook for 1 minute while stirring
Turn off heat. Transfer broth and noodles into a bowl
(CAUTION: HOT SOUP)
Add optional garnish, sriracha and / or hoisin sauce for taste
Add your favorite fresh vegetables & protein (not included) for a restaurant experience - STIR & ENJOY
