The best thing about these boots is how light they are. They are very comfortable and have excellent arch support.

I had real hopes for these boots but couldn’t get my high-arched foot in the boot. I was disappointed and had to return them.

The shoes are great my wife lives them. You customer service could be a whole lot better as well what your order tracking site. If the site is having issues you should let customers know. Having you customer service agents provide the same information a customer and telling customer trust us it has shipped or whatever doesn't provide a lot of confidence.

The only shoe that I can wear that has a pointed toe, moree Western style but healthy for feet and good traction. They are my go to boot except in wet weather.

Cheap materials, narrow fit and no arch support. I have been wearing Aetrex for years and this boot was such a disappointment. The sole is foam and feels cheap. The footbed feels cheap as well as I can't believe these are suede. This boot is incredibly narrow and I'm not sure who has feet that could fit in these. These are not worth $165, not even close. Aetrex you need to do better or you've lost a customer. I could get better quality from a discounter.

I was so looking forward to these ankle boots, based on the excellent wedge sandals I’ve bought from you over many years. Your sandals are a perfect width for my wide feet, but unfortunately the booties are a different cut and fit. They are more narrow, and just don’t have the same supportive structure of your supportive sandals. Maybe you’ll bring out a wider version with more support.
