Customer service is absolutely terrible. They advertise 3 colors i order one black one blue they send 2 black then argue with me for hour that one is blue. Don't back their product. And rude. Should be able to give zero stars

Good price, quality product. Only problem is they smell bad, washed them and they were not as bad. They are warm and you can use your phone with them on.

I bought these in size medium and they were way too big for my hand. My bf which wears XL fits with no issues. The power button is misleading as it’s only printed and they do NOT power on. Won’t purchase again.

Product is not as i seems. Such as pushing the index finger to activate the heating process. That is not an active not has the ability to keep hands warm. Not a good buy with deceptive advertising.

After they are washed they are wonderful. But out of the package there is an awful chemical smell.

Not what I was expecting. With the power button on the index finger represent just that. That they would be heated some how. Don't let that fool you like it did me. Its apparently to Indicate that is touch screen sensitive. I would not waste my money.
