I ordered the Pig for my Granddaughter for Christmas. I had it shipped to her address because we would be there for Christmas. It arrived quite soon and was waiting for me when I got there. I did not open the box, wrapped it and was excited for her to open it on Christmas Day. Unfortunately when she did it had an open seam and some of the seeds had fallen out. I left a message on the Warmies site and the next day I was contacted. I sent the address, a few pictures and her new pig warmie was in the mail the next day. I can not remember any other company having such great customer service as I had with this one! Thank you for your wonderful support!
