Let me start off by saying, I found this product to be sticky. That being said, I put this product on after I washed my face in the morning. It went on nice and smooth but yes, it was sticky. Afterapplying this product, I applied my daily facial moisturizer. The stickine was there some. My face did feel nice and hydrated though. I am not sure if I I would purchase this particular product for myself. For me it's just a little bit on the sticky side and I don't care for that feeling on my face. But it did do what it said it would do, and that would be to dehydrate my skin. I did like the ease of getting the product out of bottle. This waster rush intensive serum is everything I'm looking for in a serum. It's extremely hydrating without being too heavy on the skin, and applies beautifully under all my other skincare products and even makeup! I have very combo skin and this serum saves the day for my dry patches every time! I apply this before my makeup and have it act as a primer almost, and not only does it keep my makeup looking dewy and plump all day, my skin underneath the makeup stays so hydrated! I notice when wearing makeup my dry areas get more dry and my oily get more oily, so this serum has really helped keeping my skin balanced underneath makeup or even under other skincare products. I have dry, sensitive skin that drinks up products. This serum is a creamy, fragrance-free gel with a slight blue tinge that adds a beautiful layer of hydration to skin.I applied about three pumps and melted it into my skin before going through the rest of my skin care.After my first application, I’ll admit- I wasn’t wow’ed, it felt like a regular serum, no frills. My skin did feel soft, but I didn’t know if it was doing anything my normal serums didn’t. After about a week, I noticed my skin felt so much softer and it seemed to be retaining moisture nicely. I received a complimentary sample of Versed - Water Rush intense Hydration Serum in return for my honest use and review. This serum is definetly lightweight, glides on smoothly and does not cake up under makeup. Ofcourse you have to let it dry before applying moisturizer. I see a visible glow and Hydration especially on my cheeks and forehead where I have the most dry areas on my face. I make sure to apply it right after cleansing when my face is just towel patted not completely dry and the pores are still open for better absorption. I love the companies outlook on zero waste and preserving the Earth's eco system.
