The idea of this is amazing, but despite the 550lb capacity, the cross bars for the side/back support are not made up of strong enough material or reinforcement to withstand someone less than 200lbs leaning back in it. Both the seat and the back are now bowing. The handle itself doesn’t steer the wheels, which causes one to drag it through a sharper turn rather than the wheels guiding the wagon. Also, would love for it to have been long enough for a 4x4 folding card table and a Colman camp chair to fit. Disappointed that we didn’t discover the malfunction until after the return period.
