Works great and is comfortable. Only thing I knocked it for was the screen is extremely dark making it hard to program the additional buttons macros.

I've tried the same type of ergonomic mouse from Anker and Logitech. The Ergodriven mouse is more comfortable, partly because it's slightly more rounded. The button customization options are very nice, as well. I highly recommend this over the competition.

I sit at a desk all day and having this mouse is way more comfortable than a regular mouse. There is a slight learning curve to the mouse, but it is fantastic. Using the programmable buttons also make life so much easier.

I'd started noticing some wrist pain after many long nights working with my standard mouse, so I got myself an Om to try out. My wrist pain was gone after a few days of use, and it hasn't come back since. The Om is sized perfectly for my hand and the programmable buttons are a really nice bonus. The battery life is insane, I literally can't remember the last time I charged mine and I use it all day every day at work. It also charges super quickly and you can still use the mouse while it's plugged in. The only problem I've ever had is sometimes the Bluetooth connection lags a little, but a quick reset of the connection fixes it immediately. It also has an optional USB dongle which can be used instead of Bluetooth, while still remaining wireless. I take my Om everywhere I go with my work computer and even pull it out when I'm using my personal computer at home, because any other mouse feels wrong now. I'm probably going to buy myself another one for my birthday so I can keep one at the office and one at home.

I had another, similar mouse from a very popular name brand associated with chargers and cables, but this one blows it away! Battery life is great and connectivity through both BT and the dongle work flawlessly. Already sold two other people on it and they are just as happy!

I’m trying to use more ergonomic peripherals thanks to pain in my shoulder. So, I bought this along with the soon to be released tempo. I moved from a Logitech MX mouse. When I got it, I immediately missed the smooth scroll wheel on the Logitech. I would like to seem something similar in a future mouse. I also wanted to see if there would be a way to horizontally scroll like the Logitech was able to do. Using AHK and the function mapping I was able to accommodate this with page left and right on the side buttons. It’s a suitable replacement, but I would love to see support for this on the mouse wheel itself like Logitech.

Ergonomic PC peripherals are few and far between, and if found they are often ridiculously expensive. I have enjoyed using this mouse and it has replaced my previous Logitech gaming mouse. This affordable mouse also has all the extra buttons I often can only find in a gaming mouse. These buttons are a must for my work productivity. I would have given this a 5-star review, but there are some improvements I would like to see in a 2nd gen version. Most important would be a tilting wheel for side-scrolling, but close behind that would be an improved sensor with higher DPI to reduce wrist movements. Other minor things I'd like to see would be moving the DPI button to the bottom of the mouse to make space for a more often used button, and improvements to the firmware to include more unused buttons like F13-F24 that could be remapped with AutoHotKey. One annoyance/bug I've found is that certain functions are not allowed to be held down, and sometimes specifically in only one of the connectivity modes (BT or 2.4G). This makes it difficult to remap unused functions to the missing side-scrolling buttons via AHK. If firmware updates could be provided to resolve this (and add the F13-F24 buttons), I would be very excited :) Despite the suggestions above, I love this mouse! I am amazed that Ergodriven did so well on their first mouse, and am so glad I took a leap and bought this incredible mouse.

I've never used an ergonomic/vertical handshake mouse, and I am very pleased with the Om mouse. It feels great and doesn't put any strain on my hand and wrist like a standard mouse does after hours of work. Being able to customize the buttons is totally new to me, and something I'm sure I'll get use out of. Recharges quickly, too.

Honestly when I went to purchase a new mouse I picked this one just because it looked different and interesting but after using it now for well over a year it's 100% made a difference in my wrist discomfort. I (try..) to do push ups every morning before work and before getting the mouse I would get sporadic pains in my right wrist but I just chalked it up to getting older. But after getting the mouse I honestly can say I haven't had any issues with discomfort in my wrist anymore. Also, the mouse is easily chargeable. My past mouses (mice?.. idk) were blue tooth battery operated and having to change those out constantly was always a pain. Now, I only need to plug it in over night every few weeks to keep a full charge. I would 100% get this mouse again

This mouse is really comfortable to use. I’m using one for my personal computer and one for work. Get two, because once you get used to it you won’t want to go back.
