Before starting your Turmeric I was taking up to 8 Ibuprofen a day. Why ?Because after 3 spine surgeries the inflammation was unbearable. In the last 2 years I have only taken 2 Tylenol for a headache, no Ibuprofen. Thank you Dr. Berg. P. S. I also take your Nerve product, keeps horrible nerve pain at bay. Again thank you.
