Normal foam, pretty bright. Nothing special, but as advertised and expected. Decent price. Came with 2 stoppers for each end for less movement on the line.

Everything as expected. They look on the white side, but glowed after I put a light on it for just a minute. I compared to my other brand and just about the same glow, but for a better price here.
