I ordered this well over 2 months ago there was no information on the website and no notifications estimating how long it would take to ship. This lack of information caused me to become worried and I reached out multiple times through multiple formats and did not get any response from any format. Then when the order finally did arrive one of the items is still missing and another came damaged. This is very disappointing as these were supposed to be gifts. I doubt I will ever get this resolved although I intend to continue trying. As a legally blind individual I would have hoped for better as Paul should understand it is not easy to navigate these situations with low vision. I really wanted to like and support this company and these people but I have to be honest I don’t think I will be back.
