Without the sleeves I could hit 315 bench for 3 not alot of confidence to go heavier, with elbow sleeves I hit 385 as a new pr. These elbow sleeves are a game changer for seasoned lifters plagued by past injuries. 10/10 recommend

At first they were uncomfortable to put on and use but once I got warm they were amazing and I could feel their effect on all my lifts. Highly recommend, just measure your arms correctly.

These sleeves have relieved elbow pain from pressing movements. Their length allows greater coverage and they don't slip like my other sleeves that require frequent adjustment.

I have had older STrong elbow sleeves in the past and they were pretty good, but these newer ones feel surprisingly better and of sturdier quality as well. I can't believe I waited this long to replace my old, worn out ones! So far I'm very happy with this purchase and just hope that they do indeed last for some time.

I’ve used the sleeves for several workouts now. They work well to keep my elbows warm. I can still feel some stress on my elbows when the lifts get heavy but overall happy with them.

Provides tight compression that firmly stabilizes the elbow joint. The decentric part of heavy overhead barbell pressess and weighted dips feels great when wearing these. As someone who has been recovering from a sprained elbow i greatly appreciate this.

Initially thought I order a size too small. Right arm is larger and measure 19”. I ordered 2XL. Difficult to get on until I figured it out. Once one, felt great. Not tight and when benching, it gets more supportive but never cut off circulation. I’ve had bicep/tricep tendonitis in the past and these are great for that protection. I now use these more than my slingshot as they don’t restrict my range of motion. Will probably get the knee sleeves next.
