I bought the version of these journals created in 2024. I have access to the PDF of the newer version, and they made the journal way worse. It has far fewer poses in each practice and the illustrations are not as beautiful or colorful. I'm disappointed to see that they've created a worse product and you cannot buy the previous one.

Enjoyed the simplicity of the books and how you don't have to think about what you are doing next. They are short enough that they don't overwhelm, preventing procrastination. The instructions are clear but if you need more description there is the QR code for more help. I can tell a difference after 2 weeks!

I need structure and well-defined workouts. These guide books are exactly that for me. Easy to understand with just enough detail. QRCodes are provided as well for video demonstrations. Perfect!! I also bought the Weghts guide book in addition to Stretching and Yoga. Love them!!
