Why did you reduce the mg per dose of most of the ingredients? The supplement is not working as well as before!!!!

Such a great product. I definitely noticed a difference in my overall well being/stress/mood swings pretty quickly. I had terrible postpartum anxiety after my son was born and I struggled with it for months before finding this product. This product has completely changed my life and possibly saved my marriage. I am trying for a second baby so I haven’t taken it for the past two weeks and I can tell a difference. I wish there was a way to safely take this while pregnant!

I have taken my fair share of stress support supplements to Amazon 5 star stress support pills to my therapist/ pcp recommendations and none have worked for me as much as this one! Granted, everyone is different but if your looking for a good honest review, this one's it. I highly recommend this stress support supplement, I have dealt with constant stress my whole life, call it genetics or just a natural born stress/worry wart but I felt like these helped put me on a track I didn't know excited. A 'mentally healthy' track! The only advice I would give is, give this pill sometimes to actually work. I know we are all in a hurry to relieve ourself of constant stress BUT give this pill at least 2-3 weeks to do what its suppose to. Good luck!

So I’ve been raving about how I love this supplement and I was about to sign on for the long term. It’s out of stock and now I’m out and I’ve been experiencing some difficult days without it. The stress support has definitely helped me while navigating life postpartum. I love that it helps me to feel calm and more patient with my beautiful newborn. Regulating my nervous system, so that baby can sync-up and regulate with mine. I notice a difference on days when I don’t take the stress support and it reminds me that if mummas cup is full, then I can so much more easily fill others.

I’ve been using the stress support product for over a year now; it is literally the reason I can unwind enough to sleep. Coming from a therapist that practices allllll the things (exercises, deep breathes, etc.) as well as a working mom of three I still find it difficult to unwind by an early enough time. This has been a game changer and is one of the main reasons I can get my minimum 7 hours of sleep to maintain my packed schedule. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this product did not work well for me. I am 2 months postpartum and was feeling relatively good, I got this product to help sustain and promote some physiological stress management. Instead on the days I took it I had difficulty falling asleep at night and noticed an uptick in some anxious feelings. I started/stopped a few times to see if there was any correlation and it happened each time. I’m sure the quality of the product is just great and shipping was quick. But overall this was not a helpful product for me!

I told my therapist I wasn't sure if it was working or it was a placebo effect, but I noticed a decrease in stress after starting this. After reading her the ingredients, she told me it did have all the right anti stress ingredients. Bought a 6 month supply and plan to keep it up!
