Controller keeps disconnecting from the Xbox without warning while playing. The controller is fully charged and yet still disconnects. It's super annoying seeing the reason I got this controller was because it was wireless so now if I want to use this 130$ paperweight I'll need to do so plugged in

The only two issues I have experience is that it will disconnect me at times from my Xbox and when scrolling through my items lists on a couple of my games it will speed scroll through not stopping unless I do it. It usually seems to happen most when I am going from the top to the bottom but does not feel like it is sticking.
The overall feel is smooth. I have not customized it other than change the color of the lights but am working on getting the feel of it before I get into that part.

Honestly I should have went with the Xbox Series 2 Elite instead. The battery life on my controller is nowhere close to promised life and it disconnects from the Xbox for no reason while the charging base is directly connected to the console.

There is a learning curve on the on the placement of the buttons but well worth it. Being an older player my learning curve is probably not as adaptive is the younger players at 76 it is a little daunting to learn new ways of doing things.

Feels great in the hand, very similar to an xbox controller. For me, having a bit more weight to it would take it from a 4 to a 5. I also personally like lower key that don't scream "I am a gamer" with RGB and textures, but that's a personal preference.
The responsiveness of the sticks is a game changer for me. It's completely changed how I play stuff like rocket league.
