We ordered 2 different rings for my wife and sized them on the chart with 2 of her old rings and when we got them they were a little to tight on her finger so I put in for an exchange for a size bigger and no questions asked they sent out 2 new rings and got here faster than they said they would! I love the groove life company!!!! All together we have 5 of their ring and I have 2 of their belts and if I have ever had a problem they fix it immediately.
