I like how the wires are separated and it's red and black wires are represented that way there is no fuss on which is which like other wires!

Title states Oxygen-Free Copper (ofc) wire which it is not! The price reflects more what’s in the picture and stated martial under product info as CCA wire which is a much cheaper wire than ofc. Plus the title states 500 feet which it is also not! Only 200 feet. Scam!!!

I use GearIT color-coded wire for wiring speakers for both Home & Auto. In a recent project with four speakers, I used two-strand cable for the rear channel, and white shielded cable for the front channel. This gives me clear marking of Plus-Red; Minus-Black; as well as Front and Rear channels without having to label the wires! My practice is to discard the wire that often comes with speakers or audio components and use GearIT products.

Used this speaker wire and pulled through walls, installed behind molding then hooked up to stereo system. One of the speakers was not working. examined wire with multi-meter to find the red wire was broken somewhere. Pulled wire back out and eventually after stripping back the white outer insulation found where the red wire was broken. It was burnt and discolored. Not possible for that to happen the way I had it hooked up to a speaker. had to come that way. Once I spliced that out wire now works well. Wasn't going to return product as I didn't want to re-pull all the wires again. Lesson learned -- if you can check continuity of the wire before you install it in the walls etc.

I ordered and paid for 100 feet. For some reason, the length is only about 70 feet. The reel seemed to be tampered with, but the package was intact.

Just finished installing this through my finished basement ceiling. The cable pulled easily with the help of a fish tape.I did find the jacketing was a bit delicate when rubbing against sharp edges in the ceiling and bits of it came back through cut.

It’s really good I have used it for extending my in wall/ceiling speaker wiring to connect to receiver and it worked very good .No change in sound .Highly recommend .

Not sure which review this should be applied to, vendor or product, but I was a bit disappointed upon receiving the wire. The first 50' spool I purchased arrived with both ends of the spool off the tube the wire was rolled on. In addition the wire had numerous kinks and twists in it which made placing it on the mounting tape along my baseboard difficult since it wouldn't lay flat.With that being said the sound quality was great and I ebded up purchasing another 50' roll a week later.
