The return policy is that the packaging has to be intact. if the return is due to our fault, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price and pay for the return shipping. If the return is not due to our fault, the buyer will pay for the return shipping. We will issue a refund of the purchase price minus what we have paid for shipping cost to the buyer.
