My husband and I use sleep easy oil at night when we exchange foot massages. I've used Banyan oils for years, but I always return to Sleep Easy because of the amazing combination of ingredients. I apply after a warm bath (and not always at night) and let it soak into my skin. Self-massage is such a nice way to relax before bed, and using it for a foot massage keeps my feet soft. The aroma is very peaceful and pleasant to me, and because it's organic, I'm comfortable applying it to my body.

I love Banyan’s products in general and they’re usually a hit but I must say I noticed no difference at all. It smells decent I like herbaceous scents but as for helping me sleep no such luck.
