Our already great candies just got even better! We’ve made some big changes to our products and packaging to ensure you have the best experience with us! We want you to thoroughly enjoy your Silky Gem treats!

We have adjusted the cuts/thickness of our candies. This means the inside texture will be much smoother than it has traditionally been. This also means more of the flavor (which comes from fruit puree) will be noticeable, especially on some of our flavors that are more on the lighter side.

We’ve updated all of our packaging! Our candies will no longer be individually wrapped in plastic. Inside the beautiful pink boxes, the candies will be separated and placed on individual candy dollies, and secured by a candy grid. The candies will then have a piece of material placed on top to help keep them from moving during transit. These changes will help to eliminate any build up of moisture from heat during transit, and allow the candy to maintain their proper flavors!

TASTE & TEXTURE:

They have a very subtle, lightly sweetened flavor and are crunchy on the outside, and have a soft jelly texture on the inside. All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp.

These candies are packed with one or more pieces of candy per wrapping.  All of our Vietnamese candies are handcrafted, vegan, gluten-free, and made in a nut-free facility.

 

As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has it's own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary. They do not always look like you see in the photo.

DISCLAIMER:

During the warmer months, especially when shipping to regions with higher temperatures, you may notice that the candies start to sweat or develop condensation. This sweating is a natural phenomenon caused by changes in temperature and humidity during transit and does not affect the quality or taste of the candies. Please do not panic if this occurs. Simply remove the candies from their packaging, place them on a plate or tray, and allow them to air out for a day or two.  Once they have had time to adjust to the room temperature, they will return to their original state and be just as delicious as ever.
