This product is like none other. Unlike any polish. it penetrates to tighten cheap leather veneers that is prone to rapid deterioration. My desk chair is firm again, like new. After several coats, when you squeeze surface, you feel a slight shell that is resilient yet invisible. Remarkable!

I painted a pair of black boots with the French blue paint then applied this finish to one of the boots. I was so terribly disappointed in this product as my boots were looking so beautiful before and this product ruined them. I should’ve just left it with just the paint. This went on so streaky and even after drying I could see every single brush stroke. I did another coat and there is still the same problem. I don’t know what to do from here. I only applied the finish to the right boot so you can see the comparison in the photo. Also while writing this I realized both of my bottles of finish (satin and matte) are 1 oz when I had actually ordered the 4 oz bottles.

I love the Angelus color selection and the ease of application. The 4 coat finishers are the best hands down. Due to a shipping error with the post office, I had to get a new bottle of 4 coat. The satin clear coat went on without picking up the color coat underneath. Given that it's clear, it's hard to tell how evenly it covers so you have to pay close attention as it's applied. After it's dry, you can't even tell it's there -- as it should be. And the "Satin" nature of the clear cuts the gloss of the color coat. Hopefully it'll extended the service life of this leather steering wheel project. I suspec it will.

The finish is sooo thick that it just basically smears when trying to apply. The first bottle I bought last year was the same viscoty as the non urethane Acrylic finish & it worked great. This goes for both the Satin & Matte versions I just purchased. I'm not happy with it .. it's the worst product I've ever received from Angelus!
