The quality of this was extremely poor for a business that makes these for a living. The entire back shows imperfections. I’m also not sure how this will hold up as a keychain…arms feel like they will snap off with the slightest touch.
Customer service wasn’t much help. Instead of understanding my issue they told me to melt the plastic with a lighter, smooth it out , then sand it with sandpaper. It seemed like they were more interested in justifying the poor quality than they were with providing a refund or sending another one out.
