Time: 11 MINS Serves: 4 MACROS (per serving)  CAL 350  PROTEIN 23 g  FAT 14 g  CARBS 29 g BEEF + BROCCOLI 🥦 1 lb thinly shaved beef 🥦 1 tsp olive oil 🥦 1.5 c broccoli florets 🥦 1/4 c coconut aminos 🥦 1 tbsp coconut aminos + 1 tsp arrowroot powder (stir together in a separate bowl) 🥦 1 tsp pepper 🥦 1/4 tsp salt 🥦 1 tsp red pepper flakes 🥦 1 tsp onion powder 🥦 sesame seeds for topping 🥦 1 c jasmine rice (cooked) SPICY SAUCE 🌶️ 1/4 c coconut aminos 🌶️ 1 tsp Sriracha sauce 🌶️ 1/2 tsp sesame oil 🌶️ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Stir all sauce ingredients together and set aside. Heat sauté pan to high heat and add olive oil. Once pan is hot, add beef. Cook beef about 5 minutes, then add broccoli. Now add coconut aminos, seasonings, and stir well. Cook for about 2 more minutes, then add coconut aminos + arrowroot powder mixture. This should create a sauce and will thicken. Cook for another 2 minutes and take off heat.
