Although no one has had to use this for constipation yet, so we cannot attest to that aspect - this is being used for the occasional digestive upset. Anytime there has been discomfort in the stomach areas - we use this on them & within no time we are feeling so much better. The roller head size is really decent. I personally enjoy not having to get super sticky with the castor oil that is inside the bottle. I will make sure we have this on hand when needed.

As a person who has dealt with constipation basically all of their life, this stuff works! I have had to rely on laxatives in the past, painful and barely effective for me. But this stuff, oh wow! Within 30 minutes of applying this oil on my stomach, with a light massage, gas bubbles were moving. Within an hour, movement was out! I wish I had found this earlier, such a great way to naturally pass what needs to be passed without all the extreme pain (comparing to laxatives). Cannot wait to try this on my daughter when the time comes!

This blend works!! Took care of the reflux, bloating and gas in minutes. I applied the oil and put a heating pad on low on my belly. Shortly after I comfortable again. The giant roller bottle is soo nice! Please make more blends in the large roller ball bottles.

It works! Comes in a nice-sized roll-on and smells pleasant. Great blend of oils. The name of this product is both hilarious and accurate. I use it along with a few other digestive oils (purchased here) and that eases bloating. Fantastic products, shipped quickly.

This has so many quality ingredients of grape seed oil + castor oil + 9 other resin / extracts / oils. This is not only great for digestive issues, but also for menstrual issues since it assists in reducing bloating & eases cramping. The smell is appealing as well as the ease of application. The ingredients are also moisturizing on the skin. The size of this roller ball is decent & should last a while. So far, we are impressed with this new product of Plant Therapy. The Shelf Life is 1 year, but this will not last that long, so we will be doing more orders of this ease roll on blend in the future.
