While I haven’t had the chance to actually use my grill yet, I hope it works better than my experience with assembling it. I had to redrill a few of the holes as they would not line up, after assembly the connection between the pellet hopper and the pit is pretty flimsy since the handle to move the pit is on the hopper it flexes a lot when you move the pit. So I will see if it lasts for the long term.

I had a great first experience with my gill. This is tha 3rd pellet grill I have owned and I have enjoyed them all. The build quality on this Zgrill is better quality than the others I have owned. ( pitboss, and tragger). The only thing I was disappointed with is there is no manual temperature gauge in the cooking chamber. To reference internal temperature. I guess this is not necessary but it is nice to have. I’m really excited to see how long this grill lasts and hopefully I’ll be able to pass it on when I get my new one in 5 years!

I am enjoying my new grill/smoker. But there are a few things missing. I think they missed the mark not having a front shelf. It’s just dumb. Hopper size should be 15-20lbs. I do prefer the breadbox design. And it’s why I got this one. Maybe a grease drip cover would be nice too

This is my second Zgrill pellet smoker and I was so excited!!! I updated the wifi control board. Assembly of the grill wasn't hard at all; except they put the smoke box and other parts inside the main grill so that was fun trying to get out. My main problem was updating the control board. I still can't get the new one to work right. Hopefully I can get it figured out so I can use it

It was terrible . Received vague answers about the 50 yr deal finally got a somewhat straight answer . I was told to pay an additional $108 and I will receive email confirmation immediately that I am in the program. Angela is the name she gave took$117 out my account without my knowledge now you have my money still no instant email. Finally I grew tired call let them know I want my money back and I was not happy with someone taking it upon them self to take additional money out my account without my permission. The return was a huge mess fedex came got the grill and brought it back to my home for some reason after going around and around they came got the grill I did not sign any paperwork because I was at work after they left the same driver comes back to my house the next day trying to pickup something he already had. I then decided to buy the same grill from home depot for less change my mind I bought an Oklahoma Joe with more space and cheaper. So you guys can keep your grill I don’t want to do business with a company that allow things like this to go on with no real apology for any of it.

1st cook went great! Holds temperature very well. Smoked 3 Boston butts for 13 hrs. Added link sausage last 2 hrs. Lots of room. Very pleased so far!

I purchased the Smoke Beast after I returned a similar size Treager due to continuous flame out problems...smoke for 2 hours then flame out. I had had my eye on the Smoke Beast before the Treager. Bought the Smoke Beast and it has been far superior. Smoked a pork butt yesterday and it came out great. Smoked chicken and salmon numerous times. It has performed flawlessly. Temp ranges usually +/- 5 degrees to spot on. I generally use a smoke tube for additional smoke flavor.

This grill is awesome! This grill can smoke twice as much as i could on my traeger and cost half as much. It holds the temp perfectly and the smoke output is impressive. The customer service is excellent! The grill arrived damaged from shipping and they sent out a new unit with no questions asked. Got it just in time to get my ribs on for a party. I highly recommend this product and company.

I have only used my new Smoke Beast once, but I can already tell a difference in the way it holds the temperature during the smoking process. Assembly of the unit was very easy as the instructions were very easy to follow. Very pleased!

Couldn’t be happier. Holds temperature within a couple of degrees. Read online reviews almost all positive. One negative, said it flamed out, it never has. Said it leaked grease, not if it’s level. Said the ash bucket was ******, I love it. And so on all nonsense as far as I can tell. Zero regrets. Replaced small Traeger for more capacity. Three Cheers for the Z!

Love the new pellet grill. Easy to put together. The only thing that I would change on this grill is the hopper size. Very difficult to do an overnight brisket with only 12 lbs.
