The last few times I have received this, I have been unable to use the pump. I had to break off top with pliers to get product and when opened there was only 3/4 of product in bottle. Very disappointed.

I have used many Obagi products and felt confident this moisturizer would be an excellent product. Unfortunately, the moisturizer I received was old. It smells old and is thick and waxy. So disappointed to spend that much money on an inferior product!

The last at least 3 if not 4 bottles of my moisturizer stop coming out. So I know you remove the bottom and push it up but it is not convenient to have to do this for most of the remaining product, Repeatedly. It becoming frustrating

I love all of the products I ordered. My one frustration with Obagi is that the dropper on the Hydro Drops (which I love) the button function doesn't work. This is my third bottle of this product and it is really difficult to get the product to come out in the right amount, or at all, without the dropper function. Other than that, Obagi Hydrate is my top moisturizer. I absolutely love how truly hydrating this product is! It stays on all day and even has a slight mattefying effect rather than leaving you looking/feeling greasy or sweaty. It is also unscented and appropriate for sensitive or reactive skin types.

I could not get any moisturizer out of the container. I had to pop the bottom off and literally dig inside...the bottle and there was only enough inside to last me about 1 week. I love the product but I had a horrible experience ordering this product from you online. Im so Sorry....

I can’t say enough about this product! Makes my dry areas smooth and my oily areas balanced. Worth every penny! I currently buy 3 at a time! It’s that good. Only complaint is that you can not take it on a plane. The pressure I guess messes with the pump?? But I just keep one in another container now for my travel.
