It works good, It’s a nice set. All though the red light is a bit useless tbh (esthetician opinion) , the rest is great. I see a lift instantly.

I have been using the Trinity+ and red light toner for about 2-3 weeks. My face is starting to break out. A dermatologist has told me in the past that I have overactive oil glands. I am not sure if I should send this back before it's too late to get my money back.

Very difficult to use. Bought two neither sounded a beep after 3 mins which means you have no idea when 21 min treatment is finished. Don't purchase until they fix the problem

Had many problems with the purchase. It was a process of days, all employees would find a different problem with the order. The price, the shipping. In the end they offered that bottle as a gift and didnt bother to send it. The device is great. But the customer service was terrible. I was referred to by someone but I personslly will think twice before recommending forward.

I use this while watching tv and the beep is so low that I keep the volume on the tv low so I can hear it, but I miss the beep sometimes and end up doing a spot twice then when I need to turn the device on again, it turns off after one three minute treatment. If I had known this was going to be the case, I would have bought another older model because I have the attachment for that and I could hear that beep and it wouldn't turn off after one three minute treatment.
