Incredibly simple and easy to use. The multiple mouth guards let you choose one best suited for you, and the instructions worked perfectly. The material is soft, comfortable but effective against clenching and teeth biting. Would recommend!!

You get several different sizes for one low price. They are easy to use. Each mouth guard lasts for about 6 months before I'm grinding through it. With several guards per set, I have 3 guards that I'm able to customize for my fit.

These are great for the price. Just be very careful when sizing the appliance as they can get a bit soft very quickly. For a fraction of the price compared to a dental office appliance this is a great option.

For years I used a hard mouth guard custom made by my dentist to prevent damage from tooth clenching. That mouth guard finally wore out. I bought these and have been using them for about 6 months. The cushiness of these is so much better than my old hard guard; my jaw is not as sore in the morning from clenching because of the cushiness. The first guard I molded I trimmed before heating because it was too big for my mouth. After heating it, it shrank and is smaller than I wanted even though it is still useable. The rest of the guards fit just right without trimming. The guards are a bit thick when I first put them in my mouth and I get used to them quickly. Overall a great deal!

Will start with the main oddity that needs to be addressed: the packaging and this listing are confusing as to what is included. What is ACTUALLY included are 2 sizes of the two types of mouth guards included. So 1 each adult and child size of the clear version, and 1 each adult and child size of the thicker, frosted plastic version. Doesn't seem to detail anything about what to use where, or for what purpose, nor does the second version appear in the listing specifically. Not a huge deal, just hope they can maybe update their packaging (and this listing) in the future. Took a bit of looking for something like this, because everyone seems to sell relatively the same product at nearly the same price. In the Q&A section, I read this is apparently made in USA (or some facsimile of words), although the packaging only indicates 'Distributed by' with a Florida address. I suppose at the very least, this would be supporting an American company, but I don't see any indication that the product itself is made in USA. Onto the product itself, a malleable plastic teeth guard of sorts. I suppose in a cost-savings measure, the directions are only on the outside of the box, and the box only contains the product itself (no standard warranty card, directions for use, etc). Just an observation, not really a big deal. The directions on the back are probably better than most, since it defines 'boiling water, then take off heat for 1 minute' to establish water temperature, rather than giving a temperature range. Following the exact directions (boil water, turn off heat for 1 minute, soak for 20 seconds), everything worked great and exactly as intended. The next part was trimming. They definitely come with enough excess to fit any mouth, and I had to trim a fair bit so that it wasn't just filling my mouth. Granted, I only purchased this to protect my front teeth specifically, and prevent grinding of my molars, so it may depend on your specific use case. One suggestion I can make to others is to cut at an angle. Using sharp scissors, the materials itself still end up with squared-off edges that are at least a 1/16" thick, which is very substantial in the mouth. At least with slanted edges, you don't feel it as much in place. I just wish there was a better way to get rid of the excess thickness in places. Tried a utility knife and hobby knife with limited success. Remolding might theoretically works. Overall, it suited my needs and is working fine. No weird taste or anything like that. Was easy to setup. only thing left is to see how long it lasts before replacement.

It's pretty easy to use as long as you're careful. If you're younger definitely ask someone older to help so you don't burn yourself or get the mouthpiece stuck to anything. I'm 19 and on my own so I didn't have the money to get something fancy so I was very happy that this worked. I have tendinitis in my jaw and shoulders and this helped tremendously with my jaw pain. The only downside is if your mouth is smaller you may have to cut a lot off or have issues with the fitting and even for me it's a little uncomfy just to deal with but you get used to it. I definitely recommend cutting it down to fit your mouth a little before and as much as needed after molding it. Make sure you really press it against your mouth too or the impression won't be good.

It was very easy to mold, you just have to make sure to put it on a ladle of some sort because it can get lost in the hot water since it's transparent. When it is hot, it does give off a strange smell, but the smell goes away when it cools down.

I bought this pack not because of the different sizes, but because of the multiple items. My dog chewed up many of my bite guards, and now that I have a couple implant teeth, I need to protect my investment. My dog would dig under my pillow to find these and eat them. He chewed them up more than previous mouth guards. Honestly, these things are simple athletic mouth guards, which can be bought for pennies on the dollar. Save some cash and go to the sporting goods store and buy a five pack of athletic mouth guards.
