Milwaukee Packout socket sets are designed for portable cases — not drawer systems.

When OEM socket inserts are placed directly into small Packout drawers, they can shift, sit unevenly, and leave unused space inside the drawer.

This Packout Drawer Adapter Plate Set is designed specifically for small Packout drawers, properly supporting Milwaukee OEM socket inserts and creating a secure, organized layout that looks intentional and purpose-built.

Adapter Plate Set

This listing includes a set of two adapter plates:

• 1 Standard Adapter Plate

• 1 Inlay Adapter Plate

The inlay adapter provides clearance underneath the insert for storing 3/8” or 1/4” ratchets and angle adapters beneath the socket tray while maintaining proper support.

Each small Packout drawer can hold two socket inserts using the adapter plates.

How It Works

Remove the socket insert from the original Packout case and place it onto the adapter plate.

The adapter helps keep the insert centered and properly supported inside the drawer. No cutting, foam, adhesives, or permanent modifications are required.

Compatible with Milwaukee Packout socket sets that use OEM removable inserts.

Fits Packout drawer systems with small / shallow drawers, including:

• Packout 22” 4-Drawer Tool Box

• Packout 22” 3-Drawer Tool Box (small drawers only)

Not compatible with medium or large Packout drawers, Packout organizer boxes, or Packout rolling tool boxes.
