The mattress topper is fine, although they are very expensive! I was holding out for a coupon code and one day after I purchased it I received one. My order was still processing, and I emailed repeatedly even tried messaging on social media coupon code could be applied to my order. I showed the coupon code showed the screenshots of it working in my cart. But they told me it was an invalid coupon code and would not apply or give me a credit. Response time is 24 to 48 hours with one sentence. I respond back showing that it works and then I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. Ridiculous

The topper arrived right on time, no problems at all with order or delivery. It was easy to set up and fit the bed perfectly. I was really hopeful that the topper would alleviate my lower back pain and though I can say that it has helped, it isn’t completely gone. My mattress is a new extra firm so the softer topper, I am certain is helping my back. I honestly wish your rating system was a 10 point instead of 5, because I would have given a 9 Star review instead of the four stars.

This is an honest review. After spending thousands on other mattress toppers over the years, I tried this one without much expectation. It has only been 3 days so I can't speak longterm. However, we seriously do not wake up with back pain from our mattress anymore. We are sleeping longer. Our bed feels so much more comfortable. It stays on and does not slide around due to elastic sides you put over your mattress to hold it in place. I'm really happy with our purchase. It is a pricey investment but you spend so much time sleeping, it is worth it.

Not at all as photo ad shows for the amount of batting within the pillow top. The Lux Topper I received has maybe a 1/4 inch of batting among the center squares and the edge has maybe a 2” wide by 1” roll that doesn’t even fill out the sewn area for it. Rather disappointing as I was more interested in the pillow top and not so much the blue pad.

I am a side sleeper and have a hybrid mattress that is very firm. I used to wake up in the morning feeling pain in my back and shoulder. I was on the verge of purchasing a new mattress that was much softer but decided to give a mattress topper a go before spending thousands on a new mattress. I havnt yet received the topper yet. I am sure that it will be great. I'm only a little aggravated because it wasn't until I purchased it I then get a 15 percent off code in my email. Me and my wife work for public schools so we don't exactly have tons of income to spend on things. The extra bit of savings would have really helped. We don't have the money to buy another product. So the 15 percent off code is useless now. Again I can't wait to sleep on the topper. I'm sure it's amazing.

I’m really enjoying this mattress stopper. First I got the high density foam one and it was way way way too hard for me. Luckily I was able to get a refund and I decided to give this one to try and I’m so happy I did. It’s soft but still supportive and it makes my older mattress feel so much more comfortable.

We had this before. Had it about 13 years, so i knew what we were getting. This topper makes so much diffence in how your body is supported while sleeping. We own a sleep number bed, but this topper is what makes that bed absolute heaven. Mys husband’s hip hurt from running and one night on the new topper and pain gone. I sleep more soundly and according to my husband, no longer toss all night. When this one wears out, I will be back again for another one. Worth every penny! If a person is on the fence, just buy it, you will not regret it!
