We used it on our grilled Pompano a la Tavira, Portugal style fish. I mixed it w coarse sea salt all over the outside of the fish. It really made a difference. Definitely a keeper!

Bought this herb mix years back when it was called Lamb Rub and loved it. I have used it on lamb, duck and everything in-between. Nice flavors and have given it to friends who notice the great flavors.

I love the Little Italy seasoning, and now the Mediterranean Herb Blend, as well as the Greektown. The Mediterranean Herb Blend is for when you want an added blend of rosemary and dill to you Italian seasoning flavor to give your food a little extra punch of flavor. The Greektown is a great garlic salt replacement.

The Mediterranean Herb Blend is perfect for any Mediterranean inspired dish. I especially like to use it for roasted lamb leg or lamb chops. To add this blend, crushed garlic, and olive oil to roasted potatoes or roasted tomatoes for an amazing mediterranean flavored side dish.
