The loop tool works great but is very bottom heavy making it pull on the cord installed in the medal. I was lenient on buying it because the reviews saying it brakes. It definitely broke within my first use of the tool and I have to shove the plastic back into the metal to use it every time it come out.

The only issue I had was the loop breaking (why I can’t leave a higher review), but the company sent a new one out the day I called to let them know it had broken.

Awesome tool! i usually use a hook tool but this loop tool is fantastic for pulling through a larger amt of hair. Love it!

I think it could be better mine broke apartment within minutes of using it and it was very frustrating. I got it back together and then broke again so it was more annoying but once I figured it out that I could loosen the bottom and tighten it was better. It got the job done but that was very annoying at first and wish it didn’t do that

The Thread or wire breaks to frequently and I have to replace the whole tool when I only need the threading part

The line gets pinched and the bread doesn't come off very easily because of that. And the loop kept unscrewing from that handle!
