They really work. They hold onto strawberries...even like 3-4 lbs without getting slimy and moldy about 6-7 days. Usually it's 2-3 days. Now, fruit gets bought, rinsed, dried...then put directly into container. Use one for whole sliced pineapple too...preserves about 2-3 extra days. These things are worth it!!
