The light hold gel works well with my hair and daughter's hair. I have found you do not need to use much either. My curls are much more defined using the Rizos Curl line! I can go for days without having to refresh my curls!

NYC summers are hot and humid but rizos light weight helped me beat it because the frizz was gone. Gels leave my crunchy and flakey and this gem did not of that. I love pairing this with rizos mousse to ensure my hair stays intact.

This is so good to refresh my curls. I love that it doesn’t leave too much of a crunch to my hair. I follow the 30-60-90 method and apply this only on days like 3 and 4 after having washed it just to bring my curls back to life.

I LOVE this gel! And I wasn’t really sure I would at first. I usually like a a good hard hold gel with a firm cast to hold my curls in place as they dry, otherwise they tend to fall flat. I don’t know how this gel does it, but it somehow seriously enhances my curl pattern and really holds those curls up while drying without forming a gnarly cast. And they feel SOOOOOOOO light and unbelievably bouncy! And somehow this gel makes my hair dry faster! My hair is super fine, lower density, and fairly short, but with product applied, it normally takes like 6+ hours to air dry. I’ve had it stay damp and entire day before. But this gel actually allows it to dry soooo much faster! The one thing I would caution against with this one is not to use too much. It almost seems to absorb right into my hair so it’s easy to think it needs more product, but don’t do it. Use how ever much product you normally would because it’s going farther than you think. And I have noticed that if I overdo it, it will have a little bit of a product-y residue when I touch it after it dries. It’s nothing terrible and still looks fantastic, it just tells me I didn’t need to use that much. And using less will make it last longer anyway. So all in all, I highly recommend this gel! It gives great results and smells quite nice too.

I had been waiting for this gel for what felt like forever! When it arrived I was ecstatic! I love that it smells the same as the rest of the line. It glided through my hair so easily and gave just the right amount of hold. No crunchy curls over here! I was able to get a little bit of a cast while hovering with my diffuser, but it was effortless to scrunch out. It left my curls super defined and bouncy.
